Summer Temporary Positions at the Social Administration
The Social Administration is looking for summer temporary workers for home care, nursing homes, support for people with disabilities, personal assistance, and social psychiatry. We offer the opportunity to start working now, especially over the summer. As a summer temporary worker, you will work according to a schedule both during the day, evening, night/on-call, and weekends. The job requires great flexibility, teamwork skills, and a sense of responsibility.
The Social Administration works to ensure that all citizens can receive the support they may need in various situations. This is done within the framework of social services' assignments and various legislations, as well as based on the values of the Social Administration. This may involve home care, special housing, advice and support for people with disabilities, financial assistance, or help with addiction issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of tasks that occur in all operations:
- helping and supporting in daily activities
- personal care and service measures with great consideration for each person's individual needs

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest and commitment to people; you should be a secure and responsible person with a positive attitude and see it as a given to contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old at the start of employment
- Basic computer skills
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Meritorious
- High school education, primarily with a focus on the Health and Care program or the Child and Leisure program
- Driver's license (B)
- Previous experience from similar work
- Ability to work both day, evening, weekend, and night.

Background Check
To work in close contact with users and patients, you must provide a criminal record extract from the police. You must request the extract from the National Police Board using the form "Extract from the Criminal Record" available on the police's website.
Probationary employment may occur.
Karlskoga municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area and therefore has a responsibility to promote the status of the Finnish language. This means, among other things, that we should offer preschool activities and elderly care in Finnish.
